LEMON AND ORANGE MARMALADE BANANA MUFFINS


There is no better than a good jam homemade jam. Using quality raw material we have successfully secured and the whole family can enjoy a delicious breakfast or snack, healthy, homemade and traditional. Furthermore, conservation is very easy, so that we can always have on hand a rich jam to sweeten the day;)

This recipe is found on the network and signed Beatriz. It's easy and quick to make. Hope you enjoy it as much as us:)

BANANA AND ORANGE MARMALADE

Ingredients:

- 3 medium ripe bananas
- 1 cup juice natural orange (in my case I needed 3 oranges)
- 200 gr.
sugar - 1 tsp. vanilla extract



Prepared

We
bananas cut to pieces in the Thermomix and grind with 2-3 shots of turbo. Add the remaining ingredients and select 35 minutes, Varoma temperature, speed 1.

When finished stir well and keep hot in sterilized jars. We can now turn them over for 24. and stored in the cold, or vacuum them in a Bain Marie in a pressure cooker (as FussionCook) with a cloth in the bottom and around the boats that will not break for 20 minutes. Depressurize leave and save.

These rolls will love! They're super easy to make and very fast. In a flash you'll have homemade rolls for sandwiches, hamburgers or salty filling you can think of.

The dough is very manageable, very easy to work and the smell of baking delicious. You provide the imagination and personal taste because you can add different spices and / or herbs to taste ... Garlic powder, rosemary, paprika from La Vera, seeds ...

The recipe is from an American website dedicated to the sale of flour and other bread and pastry products - The King Arthur Flour -. Do not let to visit because it is fantastic!


ONION ROLLS

Ingredients: (Makes 8 large muffins)

- 175 gr.
water - 30 gr.
butter - 1 large egg
- 38 gr.
sugar - 1 and 1 / 4 tsp.
salt - 410 gr.
flour - 1 tbsp. instant yeast or dry yeast for bread
- 5-7 tbsp. dry fried onions (I use the Ikea)

- 1 egg beaten with 1 tbsp. water to paint the rolls before baking
- Sesame, poppy seeds, sunflower seeds ... To taste, sprinkle

Prepared

Preheat oven to 180 º. Line a tray with baking paper and set aside.

In our baking pan put all ingredients in the order listed and select the program to "masses." Keep watch 10-15 minutes of kneading if you have to add some water or flour, I have not had to vary the amounts. Weighed just before the last, we get the dough to a lightly greased surface and stretch into a rectangle about 30x40 cm.



Sprinkle the dough with fried onions and we roll lightly to be embedded into the dough.



Roll the dough starting at shortest side and seal edges well. Cut, helping with kitchen scissors, rolls of about 4 cm. wide and placed in the baking we had reserved.



We cover with greased plastic wrap and let weigh 1 hour or until doubled in volume. Brush with 1 beaten egg mixed with 1 tbsp. water and sprinkle with seeds if you like.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and sound hollow when hit.

ONION BEAN STEW WITH PASTA DE XAVIER


you may seem a somewhat unusual stew or not ... to us as it seemed, but I assure you that is rather rich. The dwarves have taken more happy and we have also signed. Surely not the last time you prepare. It is also a very full plate, full of flavor and it solves a lot from day to day is so heavy ... Try it and you tell me;)

BEAN STEW WITH PASTA

Ingredients: (serves 5-6)

1 large onion - 3-4 cloves garlic (or to taste)
- 2 carrots
- 200 gr. Crushed natural tomato
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- 1 tbsp. oregano (parsley, thyme ... used the most you like)
- 1 tsp. of sweet paprika vera
- 1 can cooked white beans (400 gr.)
- 2 scoops of macaroni or sharks (or our favorite pasta)
- 2 fresh skinless sausage and crumbled (or fresh sausage , fresh sausage, ground beef ...)
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 4 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil
- Water


Prepared

Put the olive oil in the bucket of our FussionCook menu and select vegetables. When it is hot, add the finely chopped onion, grated carrot and finely chopped garlic. When the onion starts to show through threw tomatoes and all spices and fry for a few minutes. Incorporate the sausage or minced meat and fry.

This is another recipe from the book by Xavier Barriga PAN. Highly recommended they Francesillo ... Are delicious. Perfect to take with butter and even to accompany a stew, lol. The truth is that at home we like so much bread that we eat it up just ... In fact, the dwarf has been taken by herself francesilla ^ _ ^


Francesillo

Ingredients:

- 280 ml.
water - 10 gr.
salt - 50 gr.
butter - 500 gr. flour (I've put 490 gr. of white flour and 10 gr. rye)
- 1 / 4 tsp. dry yeast bakery

Prepared

In our baking tray put all ingredients in the order listed and select the pasta menu. When finished let the dough rest 30 minutes, without removing it. After this time we bring it to a lightly greased and stretched with a roller (without leaving too fine) and make a single fold-that is, the half-fold. Then wrapping it like a bar, covered with lightly greased film and let rest 15 minutes.

Portions of about 100 gr. (I would have fact about 160 gr. and have gone 5 Francesillo) and placed in an oven tray lined with baking paper.

Preheat oven to 250 º C.

We plugged the film Francesillo with lightly greased and let rest 90 minutes. After this time we slit, we put in the oven, we lowered the temperature to 200 º C and bake for about 25 minutes.

Ingredients: (serves 4)

- 1 tin of cooked chickpeas
- 2 large potatoes
- 2 cloves garlic

- 1 smoked sausage (Gallego in my case)
- 1 piece of bacon

Preparation:

DONUT MUFFINS TASTE

Ingredients: (for 12 muffins)

- 57 gr. unsalted butter
- 38 gr. sunflower oil
- 100 gr.
white sugar - 71 gr.
brown sugar - 2 eggs
- 1 and 1 / 2 tsp.
baking powder - 1 / 4 tsp.
sodium bicarbonate - 1 tsp. nutmeg rasa (heaped if you like a stronger flavor)
- 3 / 4 tsp.
salt - 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 320 gr.
flour - 228 gr.
milk
* For the topping:

- 3 tbsp. melted butter
- Sugar and cinnamon mixed to taste



Prepared

Preheat oven to 220 º, lightly oiled molds with prepare muffins or some confetti and reserve.

In the bowl of our KitchenAid (your mixer or a normal bowl) mix the butter with sunflower oil and sugars until creamy.

Add eggs and beat until incorporated.

Mix yeast, baking soda, salt, nutmeg and vanilla. Once mixed these ingredients add the flour and milk alternately. Start with 1 / 3 of the flour, half the milk, again 1 / 3 of flour, remaining milk and remaining flour. Mix well so that everything is integrated.

Pour the mixture into molds reserved filling a 3 / 4 parts. Careful not to overfill because they grow a lot ... Look at the crest as high.
