There is no better than a good jam homemade jam. Using quality raw material we have successfully secured and the whole family can enjoy a delicious breakfast or snack, healthy, homemade and traditional. Furthermore, conservation is very easy, so that we can always have on hand a rich jam to sweeten the day;)

BANANA AND ORANGE MARMALADE
Ingredients:
- 3 medium ripe bananas
- 1 cup juice natural orange (in my case I needed 3 oranges)
- 200 gr.
sugar - 1 tsp. vanilla extract

We
bananas cut to pieces in the Thermomix and grind with 2-3 shots of turbo. Add the remaining ingredients and select 35 minutes, Varoma temperature, speed 1.
When finished stir well and keep hot in sterilized jars. We can now turn them over for 24. and stored in the cold, or vacuum them in a Bain Marie in a pressure cooker (as FussionCook) with a cloth in the bottom and around the boats that will not break for 20 minutes. Depressurize leave and save.
