BALLS OF SEPIA IN ALMOND SAUCE

Ingredients:

Ingredients:

Ingredients (Makes 8 large scones or 16 small)

La receta original lleva lombarda en lugar de foie y vino blanco en vez de P.X.; pero la verdad es que en casa, con las leves variaciones hechas, ha gustado muchísimo. Espero que a vosotros también os guste :)

ALETA DE TERNERA RELLENA DE PUERRO, MANZANA Y FOIE

Ingredientes: (para 4 personas)

- 1 Kg. de aleta de ternera (pedidle al carnicero that you open it to fill)

Ingredientes:
