Uno de mis postres favoritos... En realidad un vicio. Hay poco que decir sobre éste delicioso y tradicional postre excepto que yo, hasta que se acaba, no paro de dar viajes al frigorífico ^_^ Aquí os dejo mi receta, queda muuuuuuy cremoso y suave. Si os animáis to try, I hope you enjoy it!
I have relied on Belenciaga recipe, it's a great cook and I have adapted a little to make the quickest and easiest way in our FussionCook: D
RICE PUDDING
Ingredients: (for 4-6 people)
- 1 measure of rice
- 1 and 1 / 2 measures of water
- 600 ml.
milk - 200 ml. cream (riding)
- 1 scant measure of sugar (more if you are admitted sweet tooth)
- Skin
1 lemon - 1 cinnamon stick (optional)
- 15 gr.
butter Prepared
Put the rice and water in the bucket of our FussionCook. Close menu and select rice, 8 minutes. Manually depressurized, open and stir the rice.
Add the remaining ingredients except the butter. Stir well. Close menu and select rice, 1o minutes. Depressurize let alone.
Open, stir well. We removed the lemon peel and cinnamon and add the diced butter. Stir until completely dissolved.
deal in bowls to eat cold or hot ... Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
