Uno de mis postres favoritos... En realidad un vicio. Hay poco que decir sobre éste delicioso y tradicional postre excepto que yo, hasta que se acaba, no paro de dar viajes al frigorífico ^_^ Aquí os dejo mi receta, queda muuuuuuy cremoso y suave. Si os animáis to try, I hope you enjoy it!

I have relied on Belenciaga recipe, it's a great cook and I have adapted a little to make the quickest and easiest way in our FussionCook: D

RICE PUDDING

Ingredients: (for 4-6 people)

- 1 measure of rice
- 1 and 1 / 2 measures of water
- 600 ml.
milk - 200 ml. cream (riding)
- 1 scant measure of sugar (more if you are admitted sweet tooth)
- Skin
1 lemon - 1 cinnamon stick (optional)
- 15 gr.
butter


Prepared

Put the rice and water in the bucket of our FussionCook. Close menu and select rice, 8 minutes. Manually depressurized, open and stir the rice.

Add the remaining ingredients except the butter. Stir well. Close menu and select rice, 1o minutes. Depressurize let alone.

Open, stir well. We removed the lemon peel and cinnamon and add the diced butter. Stir until completely dissolved.

deal in bowls to eat cold or hot ... Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!

This will surprise you. That is very easy and has few ingredients but is packed with flavor. Sure you test if it will repeat, we will do it;)

On this occasion the recipe passed to me by a friend, Rafi, in his home the day you eat this rice, is cause for celebration. It is the favorite dish his daughter Claudia and judging by your taste, this girl goes in the kitchen, lol. From here, thanks to Rafi for a delicious rice!

PEPPER RICE

Ingredients: (for 4-5 people)

- 2 cloves garlic

PEPPER RICE CAKE SUGAR COOKIES

AMARETTO CAKE

Ingredients:

-
3 eggs - 200 gr.
flour - 60 gr. almond flour
- 150 gr.
sugar - 1 envelope of yeast royal
- 1 / 2 tsp.
sodium bicarbonate - 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
- 150 ml. sunflower oil
- 200 ml.
buttermilk - 4 tbsp. amaretto


Prepared

Grease bowl and reserve our FussionCook.

In the Thermomix put all dry ingredients and mix for 10-15 seconds at speed 6. Reserve in a bowl.

We now all liquid ingredients into the bowl and beat in speed about 15-20 seconds 6-7. Add dry ingredients and mix everything for a few seconds, speed 6 until well blended. Pour into the pan and bake in our menu FussionCook in oven, 150 degrees, 45 minutes plus 10 minutes to keep warm. We note that it is completely done by inserting a skewer into the center should come out clean.

SUGAR COOKIES

Ingredients:

- 175 gr. cold butter, diced
- 110 gr.

- 210 gr. flour, sifted

In the bowl of our KitchenAid, with the paddle, beat butter on medium speed until bleached (approximately 2 minutes). Herds bowl walls and the blade. Add the sugar, salt and vanilla. Horneamos de 8 a 15 minutos -dependiendo de vuestro horno, vigiladlas- o hasta que estén doradas por los bordes. Sacamos y dejamos enfriar al menos 5 minutos antes de serve, or 20 min. before storing in a tupperware or cookie jar.
