AMARETTO CAKE
Ingredients:

3 eggs - 200 gr.
flour - 60 gr. almond flour
- 150 gr.
sugar - 1 envelope of yeast royal
- 1 / 2 tsp.
sodium bicarbonate - 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
- 150 ml. sunflower oil
- 200 ml.
buttermilk - 4 tbsp. amaretto
Prepared

In the Thermomix put all dry ingredients and mix for 10-15 seconds at speed 6. Reserve in a bowl.
We now all liquid ingredients into the bowl and beat in speed about 15-20 seconds 6-7. Add dry ingredients and mix everything for a few seconds, speed 6 until well blended. Pour into the pan and bake in our menu FussionCook in oven, 150 degrees, 45 minutes plus 10 minutes to keep warm.
